Branding BT Openzone was a major, business-critical service launch for BT. Openzone gives its customers 24/7 wireless internet access at designated hotspots in hotels, at airports, train stations and beyond.

We developed an identity that worked right across the marketing mix; on screens, phones, billboards, brochures and signs. Designing an identity for all these areas – and one that appealed equally to customers and business partners – meant using the full range of our strategic, digital, print and project management capabilities.

The project required an agency with a very broad skill-set and the flexibility to work to some tight deadlines at times. SAS have met our demands consistently and played an important role in the success of the project to date.”
